YO GEORGIANS! :)

I would take her if I was closer to you. I'm sorry all of that is happening to you.
Aw it's ok, it's just the way things go. I've always made a point not to get too attached to birds, especially free-range ones, but on the other hand I also don't want to knowingly leave them in such a situation, you know?

Thanks though!

Rossfam, I actually have friends traveling to Savannah this weekend.. And I'm keeping their dog for them. You'd best believe if they drove a truck she'd be in the back! LOL!

Well I now have a puzzling dilemma to figure out, when I went to the coop to let out my ladys, I noticed that not only was my roo crowing, but my Easter egger was as well. Not sure if it is a roo or a hen, has a very small comb and no wattle like my roo but yet has tail feathers like a roo. So am puzzled and if a roo will have to depart with him/her anyone familiar with or had this situation, Only 16 weeks old Can hens crow?

Guinea update, I finally understood the "Come Back" sound they make and if I remember right it is said by the female, so if that is the case then my white guinea is a girl and they are starting to get their helmets, love these birds, so interesting.

Yes, hens can crow. Google it! Also, your EE will have a pea comb which is small and they don't get wattles. At this age, most male EEs get some reddish/orangey coloring in their shoulder area. These are both boys.

I really figured it would be one of the leghorns, since they've been submitting. I'm going to leave it a while and see if any of the others lay one beside it
