YAY!!! hopefully soon. I actually got my first egg today! e and it was actually laid in the nest box! I really figured it would be one of the leghorns, since they've been submitting. I'm going to leave it a while and see if any of the others lay one beside it

Yay! Congratulations! I'm anxiously awaiting eggs here, too. Coming up on 22 weeks and several of my chickens ' combs/wattles are turning very red! I'm interested in seeing who lays first!

Once they start squatting, it is usually 7 - 10 days until eggs!
