I need help. GAM is horrible about sneaking around trying to find gifts. And once they're wrapped, she shakes them relentlessly trying to guess what they are. So.... Any suggestions on the best way to wrap chickens so they don't die under the tree before Christmas? I was thinking about duct taping their feet to the bottom of the box to minimize the rattling when she shakes them. This is tougher than the year I had to wrap her puppy. What a mess that was when she finally opened it! ICK!

BTW, don't tell her what she's getting for Christmas.
the absolute best way to wrap chicken is in batter...........just sayin

although that present doesn't need to stay wrapped under the tree for very long, the puppy in the other box would give itself away too after smelling that delicious chicken for a while

Heading home from early Christmas with all my children! It was wonderful. I always love seeing my children. It's sad we all live so far away from each other. But love that all my 4 children are doing very well!

Can't wait to get home to see our dogs and chickens. I wonder if they are all there! The renters were watching the chickens while we were gone! Do you think they miss people they are use to?
not sure if they miss people they're used to, how was their aim to start with?

No no...the puppy was a few years ago. But I decided to go with stapling their feet to the box. That way we can pull the staples out without pulling off their feet feathers AND they don't have sticky residue left behind. Problem solved. Can't wait to surprise her Christmas morning.
