We have done the shindig in May in the past. Better chance of nicer weather and such. And yes, it is open to all that wish to come. As we get a bit closer we start to coordinate on here regarding what food, snack, drinks, accessories folks offer to bring. Last year we did a hatching egg swap that was great fun.

My neighbor, who has come down to join the fun before, does the vinyl work including heat pressed shirts. If y'all were interested, I could ask her about a price to do shirts and they could be picked up then. Just throwing that out there, no pressure.

On another note; We Georgia people need to get us a T-Shirt or something so we would recognize one another when at the show... I kept looking for
someone who looked like they may have been Flowerbh, or robochick, or katsdar; you know, trying to associate names with faces........didn't work.

It's really nice out there at Gams/Robo's and to meet everyone and just talk chickens,chickens and more chickens, oh we do get in stories on family. So plan to come and spend the day. They have a nice mini lake which they call a pond lots of water fowl and lots of two legged and four legged animals, and I don't just mean Robo, lol

I was going to post that I had a great time at the show yesterday and was glad to meet everyone (all the eggs are out of my hand and in someone else's incubator)

This is my proposal to you two and the group. What if you both design a T-shirt and through blind voting we as a group pick, the one with the most votes wins and I think I could make a lap quilt for the winner. You could send me the final pics in a PM cause you can't post them or they will know who's is who's and any ties I will have my DH pic which one he likes best, how does this sound?

Time frame: designs will need to be completed and submitted to me by April 15th so we can make sure we can get them to the shirt maker in time for the BBQ at Gam's and how about a grand reveal at the BBQ so the designers will not know who won until we unveil the T-shirt. If you can't attend the BBQ still purchase/vote and I will make sure you get your shirt mailed to ya. Course it will have to be after the grand unveiling.

Also, is there a color limit? Some printers charge more for more colors.
