I am hoping she does a great job! My eggs should arrive next Monday or Tuesday and once they do, its under Mrs Fluffy they go!I wouldn't try to stop her from being broody, I give mine some golf balls to sit on until the eggs hatch in the incubator because I tend to have better luck with it that way. My main broody hen SUCKS at hatching eggs, but is usually great with raising chicks.

This will be her first time hatching/raising if all goes as planned but chickens have minds of their own

As of right now she is sitting on a single egg just to help keep her in the "brood mood" as i like to call it.
