Yea, based on your photo, flip the white grid so the top wires go left to right. The turner should slide on the wire grid. The way you have it, the turner might snag on the gridNot sure what you are saying. Are you talking about the white grid under the black turner? I know the black wire has to go through the little notch for the plug in. But, it seems to be working. Put eggs on it with an X and the eggs are being turned. Let me know what you are referring to.
