Don't give up on them. This cooler weather can affect hatching time.....even up to 4 days! My last hatch, I had four egg cartons full of eggs. (Yes, I stand them up in cartons at lockdown) Two cartons in the back nearer to the wall of my room. The other two cartons were on the front of the incubator toward the front of my open room. The eggs on the back side of the incubator hatched a whole day earlier than the ones toward the room. The backside of the incubator was protected/heated more than the front side. The front side of the incubator just had more drafts. The eggs were all the same mix breed, so it wasn't that a certain breed hatched sooner. It was that the back of the incubator just stayed warmer than the front side. So, IMO, this weather being so cold could effect the hatch date of your eggs. Good luck!Just checked on the chicks again, did a quick candle. No peeps from the inside, no pip, nothing.. Everyone looks fine but they all seem dormant. I guess we will just wait past day 21.
I have a few in the bator now, I'll let ya know Friday if they're developing. I'm going to try not to candle til then....but it's so tempting, especially since I hand turn the eggs.
