Hey! I'm in Plainville too!I'm back and forth between Plainville and Atlanta! (Plainville is near Rome, north ga)![]()
Yes, I've watered my garden only twice this season, but my garden can't take much more rain. Most of my plants are turning yellow now, and my tomatoes are burting open from too much water.I'm in Ball Ground, GA. I must say, all of this rain is awesome. I don't know the last time I watered my garden, and it is thriving!
Haha! This is exactly why I made sure my pen was as far away from the neighbor's house as possible. My rooster isn't loud enough to wake me up (yet). If the wind "blows just right" and your neighbors complain, just hand them a large pack of earplugs and tell them your roosters send their sincerest apologies for the loud contest. They'll be alright. lol.He was doing this again this morning. I think all 5 of them are taking turns to see who can wake the entire countrysideI can hear them now, "Oh wait, my turn now. Wait til you hear this one!" The girls must get tired of it too. Every once in awhile I will hear a crow that is abruptly cut off and sweet silence for all of 1 whole minute. They start at 5:30am and stop around 7 o'clock am. I tried to tell them that we don't have to get up til 6:15 am. I don't think they believe me. Lol.
My tomatoes are starting to burst open as well, and my baby raspberry didn't make it.Yes, I've watered my garden only twice this season, but my garden can't take much more rain. Most of my plants are turning yellow now, and my tomatoes are burting open from too much water.
