CD, there is a home for sale down the road from me. It was a foreclosure and I think it is very cheap, but maybe they would rent it to you, It is on 5 acres of land here in the NW GA mountains. It is very small, but you could bring your critters. PM me if you could/would be interested. I know it is pretty far from where you work. Not sure what the bank will take for it.

Wow 56k for 5 acres! Here 500 meters is going around 100 a square meter. Just for land. There was hope that they would win a bid on the next soccer cup in 2015 and people went nuts on prices. Now with all the security problems no country is going to want to have something like a world cup here so things are at a stalemate. People bought land looking for quick bucks of fix and flip or wait to build soon as such and such occurs. Few years ago land was dollars per meter. Im hoping like our housing bubble that burst in usa it will settle down and simple folks can buy homes again. Im patient.
