Mine was definitely a copperhead, but I'm sure we have others too. I know we have some form of black snakes that climb fences though.I am on my phone and can't post pictures but I bet the majority of people couldn't distinguish a copperhead from an eastern banded water snake or a corn snake.

I'm in Woodbine, just north of the Florida line. The first year we were here, we had to deal with 2 pygmy rattlesnakes. We have a lot of gopher tortoises here, which is where the pygmys like to live.
