You should see the little heifer we're going to go pick up tomorrow. She is WAY cute. I want a pet cow and eventually she will give milk. I can take my Cheerios out in the pasture and squirt some fresh milk on them.

Howdy y'all!  Thought I would pop in and introduce myself.  I'm on the outskirts of Athens, in Bogart.  We have 2 Jersey Giants, 1 Brahma, 2 EE, and 2 Barred Rocks.  I've turned into a crazy chicken lady, but I suppose it's a step up from being a crazy cat lady (which I am as well).

I don't think I'm cut out for hatching duck eggs. Stupid animals can't pip in the right place and they take for-friggin-ever to hatch. OMG, get out of the stinking' eggs already!

On a happier note ... I placed eggs in the Sportsman today. I need more. Too many empty places in the trays.
