YO GEORGIANS! :)

I wouldn't keep them out of the coop, don't worry they will lay and they are just getting used to their surroundings.
I know, I know... I just want to make sure that I am not doing anything to hinder, slow, or hurt them. Rookie worries. I am trying to just let it ride and do what it does.

Very pretty girls, and I hope they start to lay again for you, could it be that they aren't as old as you thought? and you will get pretty blue eggs

I was wondering that about age. I trust the guy, but they do look young to me. He had not gotten eggs from them yet when I got them. With being said, should they be on layer feed or grower feed. Some other friends of mine with chickens guess that these were about 6-7 months. Any ideas?

I'd say put them on layer feed. over 16 weeks should be getting layer feed. I have one of my blue ameraucanas still not laying, although it could be that all four of them ARE laying, just not every day. I won't know for sure until I get 4 blue eggs in a day, today is the first day I've gotten 3. Add to that the one that went broody, sat on and hatched out the chicks that are now 3 weeks old. I did take the chicks away from her, and not sure how long until she lays again, so maybe the other 3 are now and she's just not started back yet

but if I were you and thought they are in the 6 to 7 month age range, definitely feed them layer, or all flock and another feeder with oyster shell
