May be a stupid question, but what's a wattle? Like in their walk? Kind of like how a woman says she feels like she is waddling?

No, No, No, The wattles are the oblong red fleshy growths that hang below their chins. Picture the comb on top of the head, then the earlobe, (white or red), , then the oblong wattles, hanging and flopping below the chin.
I have been looking for these on my Easter Eggers. I found that a lot of Easter Eggers don't have wattles.
I don't know about CCL and wattles

You have the "comb" on the top of the head the red thing, the "wattle" are the red things that hang down by the cheeks/chin area. wattles will not be large in a hen but very big in roos.
