YO GEORGIANS! :)

I'm still trying to get the darn bird to thaw!!
this one was 16.64 lbs. I put it in the refrigerator saturday MORNING and turned it around (since the back of the frig is a bit colder) on monday evening. It was still a little 'stiff' on the inside when I started prepping it. I injected it with chicken broth and rubbed it with olive oil on the outside, that's what gives it that nice golden color :) about to take it off the smoker in just a few minutes. 4 1/2 hours isn't too bad! I did some stuffed bell peppers on there this afternoon for dinner today, man they were awesome!
 
@Flowerbh I just saw GL Cochins for sale on fb.. They appear to be bantam though.

Edit: NM... I forget you didn't say you were getting Cochins, just that you were getting chicks. :p
