this one was 16.64 lbs. I put it in the refrigerator saturday MORNING and turned it around (since the back of the frig is a bit colder) on monday evening. It was still a little 'stiff' on the inside when I started prepping it. I injected it with chicken broth and rubbed it with olive oil on the outside, that's what gives it that nice golden colorI'm still trying to get the darn bird to thaw!!
