I don't have slave labor (hubby) today.

oh yeah, in between cutting pipe and welding/building my own gates, I cooked a slab of ribs on the smoker today too....sure was good

Well, since we're showing off food.
Those ribs and chicken halves look great!!

Well if you're going to fire up the smoker you may as well put some meat on it!

Making rubs and sauces and cooking with wood is one of my favorite hobbies!

You can see little Yoda there watching.. I think he can't WAIT to move out of his little corner! And all my chicks in the brooder can't wait to move IN it!

Okay, quittin' time. I got the HWC around the bottom row and one section of chicken wire mostly done.. Except it's been sitting for a minute so it has a big wave. So I stretched it tight and stapled left and top and I'm gonna let it stretch tonight and finish it tomorrow.

Looks Great! I love the openness!

Hey guys, I need some mentoring and I know some of y'all use chick and egg sales as a supplementary or primary income and I'm looking at doing that and need to know what kind of licenses and permits I need to start doing it legally.

Candeling and Poultry licenses are a given, but do I need a small business license? Any kind of insurance?
