I LOVE Miss Prissy's Yogurt Recipe, ALOT. Thanks Miss Prissy, your recipes are Wonderful.! But I'm not a fan of powdered milk at all, but Love the thicker yogurt like in stores. I was wondering if adding a little bit of flour to the milk while heating would work as a thickening agent? or would it mess up the whole fermentation of the yogurt culture? I was also wondering if a bit of flour wouldn't work, would a bit of powdered sugar? But I'd hate to add sugar cuz I LOVE a smoothie with just yogurt & fruit without sugar. I was just wondering due to how White Sauce thickens with a little flour, (I make variations of that frequently), but thought that the thickness would make Great Yogurt, if at all possible.?
