In the Brooder

Hi
I’ve hatched my first silky or Ayam cemani I’m not sure yet.
But I found it chirping in the incubator. So when I moved it to the brother I noticed it had something dangling from his backside. I tried to read up on what this is and I don’t know if it’s a herniated umbilical cord or and an absorbed yolk sac. Can someone with more experience tell me what this is and if this is life-threatening and should I do anything about it
Thanks
Faffy

Congrats! That's normal, I call it hatch debris. If mine I would cut it off here:

Yay! I was worried thanks for putting my mind at ease. Now the only thing I’m worried about is one of the heat lamps in the brooder isn’t working because there must be something faulty in the wiring. So I placed the chick in a box and put books under it to raise it nearer to the one working lamp. It feels a bit warm when I put my hand near it but not as warm as I think it should be
Or maybe I’m over thinking
It’s my first ever silkie or Ayam cemani
