Not long agoIt looks herniated to me. I’d put it in a bowl, back in the incubator to try to keep it immobilized. You don’t want it to pull that out any further. Rub a little neosporin on the protruding part and put it on something soft, a paper towel or piece of t-shirt or the like, in a bowl or cup.
How long has it been since you tied it off? If the string is still there, you should be able to remove it, unless you just did it, then you might leave it for a bit longer. Hopefully it will draw in and be ok. Good luck!
