Are those molted marks on the feathers? I cant even tell if they are black or chocolate from the picture. Get a better picture. A close up of the feathers and tail would help.

They both look like toms to me.

Those are mixed breed Black Spanish that are a mix of Black Spanish and Royal Palm imo.
