Fried zucchini, dip in a cheese sauce! Yellow crook neck, boiled, mashed, butter, onion and cheese

Don't care for kimchee, either! not real keen on sauerkraut but with the strong German influence around here you can get some decent sauerkraut.

I love fried Zuke with Parmersean and olive oil, yum! Mashed sweet dumpling, yum. Baked squash, yum! Any type of sqaush pie, YUM! Also I feel like squash is a Midwest thing. Does anyone eat mashed sweet potatoes with walnuts and cinnamo. Sweet potato is popular around here and I wonder if it’s just a western thing a northerner southie thing
