Another herb we have is lemon balm, this we planted and it comes up each year. I have used the tea for anxiety, but read this

(An advantage of being a southie, is these plants are already growing well and ready to begin using.)
 
Supposedly, mullein tea is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and reduces respiratory inflammation. I'm drying some leaves now. Flowers won't come till later.

🤔 Any mullein we may have starting to grow now is too tiny a rosette under the snow to even make an earring. That said, this is interesting. I've read about smoking the leaves as a respiratory treatment 🤨 and steeping the flowers in oil for ear drops, but making tea from the leaves is an interesting new idea. Thanks!
