Well, yesterday we got a mere dusting of snow here, and today all the local churches are announcing closures. If this was a weekday, all the schools would close too. No matter that it's gonna be above freezing by 10A.M..... This is the southie mindset for sure. Just went out and took this pic....

Where I grew up near Buffalo, NY, we NEVER got a snow day off from school in spite of feet of snow.

Is it above freezing yet? My driveway is still a sheet of ice from the standing rain water we got before the temp dropped.
