You People Dont Deserve This........

It was spicy but not burning hot, it was a pleasant spicy flavor. I didn't feel the need to take a drink after every bite. For a small child, maybe make a batch and seperate some in a smaller pan for them and then add the peppers to the big batch.

I couldn't believe how much it made and it cost me under 6.00 for all of it. I found a great deal on the sausage though.

To take away some of the heat from the peppers if you want to keep the flavor just cut the pepper in half before chopping it and remove all the seeds and any of the yellowish or white "membrane" inside which is what contains the heat.

......and yes it does make a good size batch but it reheats VERY well!

I am printing this as I type. Funny...I have everything here on hand! LOL Even the A1!Yum yum yum! I have been looking for a good recipe for Jambalaya. THANKS!! I bow to you...your graciousness....for shareing this easy to make...and Ohhh so yummy lookig recipe!!

Hmmm, I am having my son's graduation party next weekend, maybe I'll offer it....
I'm one who has never had it before, but I thought I had seen Jambalya with a variety of meats not just one. Is that suggested or not?

You can put whatever you want for meat in it, or multiple meats. However the recipe i posted above i worked on for a year to get it tweaked just right and the sausage is readily available anywhere. I would suggest trying it as shown first then add different meats to your hearts content. I think you will find it with the sausage as stated to be pretty darn good. If i add a different meat to it i still leave the sauasage as it contributes to the balanced flavor to start with. Good luck and let me know what you think!

I have this simmering on my stove right now, It looks and smells soooooo good. I just had to "sample" it. It is wonderful!!! And I didnt even have the A1....next time I will add it, though I'm not sure it could be better...I also used jalepeno peppers from a jar...I'm lazy..I know..lol...Anyway thanks for sharing this GREAT recipe!! Got any more? LOL gotta have something for dinner tomorrow night!
