I think that there is a diet for everyone and not everyone can be an omnivore... there are so many different diets out there that work for so many different people, I've seen friends cure themselves from diseases by going paleo or keto.I'm supportive of your statement. Though some people aren't the same. People with very low deficiency in a plant that cannot provide the same amount as some meats etc should be on a diet that could improve their deficiency. If I am wrong feel free to correct me, I just looked it up though and some doctors don't recommend people with iron deficiency to avoid going vegan.
I love how you have the guts to raise meat chickens and be such a wonderful person. I understand not all vegans are rude. I normally will eat fruits and I agree we all have our own diets that benefit what we need in our bodies. Good point.I think that there is a diet for everyone and not everyone can be an omnivore... there are so many different diets out there that work for so many different people, I've seen friends cure themselves from diseases by going paleo or keto.
I think that it's our responsibility to our bodies to find the correct diet that is good for us. My husband eats meat and vegetables all the time. Plus he consumes a lot of fruit, but he does not go plant-based because he thrives on meat. He wouldn't be able to thrive on a plant-based diet like I can.
I actually have allergies to red meat and dairy. It was brought on by several factors such as medication that I was taking for Graves disease and other factors.
I am a plant-based person that has 21 meat chicks that I am actually going to butcher myself for my family. My whole family thrives on a meat base diet. Everyday I cook meat for my family, but I cook my own plant-based meal.
I take a lot of plant supplements that provide all of the nutrients and minerals that my body needs.I'm supportive of your statement. Though some people aren't the same. I'm not only raising meat chickens, we are going to have meat quail and meat ducks. I am also going hunting for the first time since I've been 18 next year. I want to shoot down my first deer being plant-based and all that meat is going to go to my family and my dogs.I love how you have the guts to raise meat chickens and be such a wonderful person.
