yuck! what was that?!!!

my golden polish hatched her chicks mon. today is wensday.

i was cleaning out the area that they are in, when sheba (the mom) started walking around and eating and drinking with the chicks following.

then i heard this really gross sound! yuck, she had pooped.. pure black stuff! it was sooo smelly and it was alot! like as much as a dog would.

it looked like pure diarrhea and smelled and sounded like it coming out!!

honestly looked like tar!

what is/was that?

I haven't any experience, but I've read other posters say that broody poop is especially foul.
