never had it, but now I'm going to have to sweet talk the neighbor for some duck eggs, she'll probably gladly trade me chicken for duck so I can! Sounds yummy!

biscuits and gravy

Duck eggs are delicious! Ours always are preferred for baking, as they improve everything by making it moister. This is not to say that quacker eggs aren't good for frying or omelets, too, though. In fact, scrambled eggs are always better with two or three added in.
