Actually In the Martimes we call it dulse, Its similar to nori (both seaweed) but you dont use dulse in sushi and they are two different types. The dulse is made from seaweed collected from the shores around the Maritimes (Ive done it a couple of times, it was fun) and then dried out.
I eat it as is, alot of people do, grosses my brothers out though!

White castle-never had it but I do love hamburgers!
