Truffles as in mushrooms . . . yuck.

I don't know what to call it, but you know when you crack an egg into a piece of toast with a hole in the middle and let it all cook in a frying pan with some butter? I've heard of a lot of different names for it (toad in the hole, bulls-eye egg, birds' nest, etc.) Whatever you call it . . . yum or yuck?
