My chickens and ducks free range all day, and I have noticed they don't like going back in their coop to get out of the weather... (unless it is really bad) After watching the chickens try and seek shelter under my patio table I decided they needed a day shelter separate from their coop, that mostly just blocks wind and rain. I am on a buget but wanted somthing nicer and stronger than a tarp, I looked around my property and the light bulb went on, My truck canopy, I'm not using it any way, I have seen these on craigslist for free! Wa-la Hope you enjoy it. I know they do!

On really nasty days I can shut the main door and that leaves them this smaller window.

Plenty of room and dry wood shavings, Hooray!

Oh maaaaan, I'd love to do that, even if it does make it look like a truck is buried in your yard.... *giggling*
