if you can get up to where they are roosting you can take old panty hose and put moth balls in them an nail them up. i have had good sucess with this with my nuisance trapping. i put these up and tell customer after a week or 2 call someone in to seal up openings (attic, etc)
never had a roo....but is it possible that headlights are flashing him causing it? or a motion light kicking on? then again he may want to say goodnight?

not very "techie" but how about a section listing chicken supplies that you can get from BYC members.
for example some sell personalized egg cartons and the name escapes me but someone sells water nipples, etc.
when i get chickens i personally rather support a member than a chain store.
stink! i got bee spray/ knocked there nest out of the tree while trying to get the "paper wasp" nest taken care of. didnt even notice the birds nest or the eggs till too late
