Congrats Everyone on your hatches, After the incident with temp 106 only one duckling hatched I think the other 6 eggs must have been cooked cause none hatched I had to toss them after waiting an additional 6 days, The solo duckling is doing well and I think its a straight pekin growing so...

Ducks are more stubborn than chickens, I had to resort to letting them out initially after 10am then now after 8am so they can lay inside first then they free range. All the best

Thanks for the good advice, the egg hatched during the night, working to get the temp regulated today im testing both thermometers today and keeping a close eye as I'm off today. Hopefully more hatch only 6 eggs left now.

I have two in there. I opened the bator for a minute when I came home and added warm water to bump humidity. maybe both thermometers are bad?

due anytime from now to 6th, Temp now 95 and humidity 78%

I have a question, I just came home from work and found the incubator temp 106 and humidity 44 When I left this morning it was 100 temp and 54 humidity, it had been holding up well till today, I thought there goes my hatch but when looking at each egg, 1 egg has cracked I can see the ducklings...
