How long to quarantine for?

Three chooks 2 isa browns 1 australoup and one egg a day. Hoping the other chooks catch on soon :) 3 a day would be nice. Was thinking of getting another 3 isa browns this weekend?? I hear it's best to get a few at a time when adding more to a flock is that right?

Thanks, as we only have three chooks ATM we are not getting a heap of eggs. I think in summer I will be storing them in the fridge though :)

That sounds like a good way to do it. I have two dogs roaming in the yard that are not use to the chooks yet. We are planning to build a dog run and let the chooks roam around soon. Maybe that will be the way to go. Hopefully they go back in the enclosure by themselves when the sun goes down :)...
