Ok thank you I got it out and tapped it with my nail and was clucking to it but didn't hear anything. And I candled it real quick and only seen the air pocket the rest was black but I'll definitely leave it for a few more days

Thanks everybody but I candled the other eggs and we broke into all the other eggs and they were yoke or a fetus about 2 inches long at the most and so I didn't get one chick out of the 6 eggs I collected from my flock(they were not shipped eggs) so I guess I'll order from a hatchery in January

Hey everyone I need help!!!! This silkie egg started hatching Sunday afternoon around 7:30 and it hasn't made any progress since then I was wandering if it's ok to take the pieces that are already bumped up off to see if I can help it out I need advice please help!

I have 6 eggs in the incubator and 2 were due the 22nd 1 was due 23rd and 3 was due today and I only have the one that cracked the egg 2 nights ago and hasn't made progress I will leave them in the incubator a couple more days and see what happens
