    this has been the worst hatch ever. My second chick has unabsorbed yolk sack. She's perky but she has that little sack hanging off her belly. Should I leave her in the incubator until it's absorbed? Will it absorb? I've read on here that you can tie it off with dental floss. Anyone else ever...

    Congrats so far!! Are you going to put up pictures soon? My chick is doing MUCH better, I gave her the yolk mixed with probiotic and vitamin powder, and she did start to perk right up, and her eyes are open now!! She's much more stable and exploring. My last remaining egg out of 18 is still...

    what should the humidity be when they're in lockdown? Maybe mine is too high? Also i just hand fed the chick with what I had yolk and pro-biotic, getting some vitamin today. Thanks for the advice.

    I hear a chick in another egg, but nothing for hours no pip. My hatched chick wont make it. She had both eyes open and then one eye closed and now both eyes closed. She's lethargic, it's not looking good.

    here's my only chick (so far - hope the other two hatch too) it's kind of hard to tell it's face is turned away resting on the other egg. It has kind of like a hump on its neck... not sure what that is. there are no pips or sound coming from the other eggs.

    I have a zipper! The chick that pipped had a good rest and now has zipped and is cheeping loudly. No noise at all from the other two eggs.
