Yes! She has a high prey drive. That’s one downside of Poodles, they’re bird dogs.

Her name is Evie (Ehh-Vee) and she’s 3 years old. I usually groom her myself. She’s addicted to tennis balls.

She's beautiful! We are thinking we will probably have to groom our puppy ourselves. There are so many different tools, though, and it sounds very complicated. May I ask what tools you use?

I am aware of this, and it is a bit of a concern, as our yard is not very large and we have a chicken run at one end and a quail hutch at the other. The hutch is raised up off the ground so that shouldn't be much of a problem, but we have two male coturnix in separate cages underneath it at puppy eye level, so we will probably have to get rid of them. I am going to be very careful with puppy-chicken introductions, and work a lot on attention/eye contact, leave it, and settling calmly before letting the puppy anywhere near them.

Flying Pig Grooming. I also have a blow dryer from them.
