Great coop. I love an alternative mind. The UFI coop looks so good. Glad to read you were able to upcycle much of the coop parts. I like the green light. Your neighbours must have panicked when they first say it 😆. It looks very realistic as a UFI and a cracking coop design. We'll done to you and your partner.

Thanks for sharing this informative article with us. As a new quail-keeper I found this incredibly insightful when the chicks were hatching. We needed to assist the one pictured below. We used sterile tweezers as you recommended. The bird in question is still a bit small but gets on with the other birds just fine. The assisted hatch bird at nearly 8 weeks old loves a dust bath.
