More build details would make the article better.
I suspect these are breeds that you have owned or own.

Writing about a favorite one from your flock for each breed would make the article more interesting.

I use a similar system but use a heat plate and washable foam shelf liner that can go into a washing machine.

The article would be much better if the images were fixed and there were more build details like a materials list and a schematic.
