'For SUB-Beginners (Like me ) Episode 2.
Base is done and now the walls frames needed to be made.
I unscrewed the frames base boards i had screwed down alone (WHAT WAS I THINKING?) and then made 2 side frames.Did need a lot of shims on the braces
I have worried every day that ths space...
EASY FAST one day run...
Was told about these pvc hoop runs but didnt know they were so easy and fast to build
Couldnt find the steps to build one so afriend told me what she did
Decided to show other ppl the steps to building one.
My Size is 8' X7 ' for 2 or 3 chickens . Super easy...
Almost finished product. Door needs embellishment and back wheels 2x4 in front needs to be added to keep babies in or they run under it and out
Back will have 3 " wheels like on the front.Not on yet.
Coop just rolls up to the door way of the run..Red thing on top is the 1/2 " ply...
My second tractor coop for SUMMER...
The "girls" love this one and all 11 large girls fit in it fine In fact they usually all sit on the top most roost a piece of 2x2 with more rounded edges.

The tractor coop and run has now become a train.....20 feet long.Talk about chicken math. What about tractor coop math?
Ran out of room for the 11 girls as they grew so.... extension to the run.
Each part is separate from the others for ease of moving.

FIRST CHICKEN TRACTOR' was started a few days ago for my 3 EEs's, 3 Light Brahmas ,3 Buff Orps and 2 Barred Rocks
With 11 five week old chicks in my bathroom i HAVE to get them out to the grass...NOW.. Its getting lethal in there!
