You did a fantastic job. Love the red windows nice touch. I notice the frame is new wood great for strength. Great simple design! I love the recycled items. Makes me want to save pallets if ever get another large shipment item. It is so beautiful and welcoming. The one thing I would change is it looks like black carpet inside coop on floor or a rough material? I would just make this a plastic hard flat sheeting so easy to wipe clean.

Sorry for the late reply @melky but I just saw this. The rubber backed floor mats I used for the bottom of the coop are not secured so it's easy for me to lift them out for cleaning. If I ever need to replace them I'll use your suggestion. Thank you!

This is beautifully done! Can you please add some details on how you added the straw insulation? You mentioned twine, but I don't see it - and how did you tack it into place so it isn't a choking or tangling hazard? I LOVE this!
