GOOD NEWS! Now both of my BCM and one of my EE started to lay eggs. The middle egg is from my older RIR, which I also got from MPC tow years ago.

Short day light may be the main reason. Hens need at least fourteen hours of day light otherwise they'll lay very few or won't lay at all. Try to add an light bulb on a timer during the winter, say from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM see what happen. I had the same problem with my new BCM and three weeks...
