What's the latest on this project?
I got some eggs this spring and raised two of these hybrids, very interesting birds.
Goal is to have pea and duplex combined in one line and rose and duplex in another.
A friend of mine has taken over the pea/duplex combination, and I have yet to do the duplex/rose combo.

is kinda like saying "hatch"... it used to mean something.
now you see white legged hatch, yellow legged hatch, green legged hatch, pea or straight comb, heck I even saw one rosecomb bird that the guy claimed was "McClean Hatch"
I have a Dun project going with the ameraucana.
They're actually phoenix / ameraucana / grey junglefowl blends.
This is the best rooster. At least he is the only one with beard and muffs,
and dun color and pea comb
