    he can have toys as far as I'm concerned, it's just getting annoying with being told he's too young to need them. I'll get him some more when I can too.

    how young is too young for toys? my baby Arwyn is 2 weeks old today (was due to be born today, actually!) and is lying on a playmat, batting at the rattle that's tied to it and making happy noises when it jingles... yet everyone tells me newborns don't need toys.

    fiance's been trying... a lot. it's just impossible the friend doesn't have room for me to stay as well, but at least I know Arwyn will be safe there. anyways.... this is goodbye for now got to get up in 5 hours

    nope, the shelters here are for women fleeing physically abusive relationships. At worst, I'll have to take Arwyn to a friend to be safe.

    oh, fiance's "mum" already phoned social services ... poor baby isn't born yet and she's already phoning the childsnatchers... "I told them you'd be a really good mum" she said, like that makes a difference to them... nice, eh?
