I finally got my first rooster!! We just moved to where we could have roosters! Of course I wanted a COCHIN!!
So we found a trio, 1 rooster and 2 female cochins, to me, the rooster is HUGE, probably because my little cochin hens are so small still.
I would like some input on my roosters...

The silver one is so light right now, it's hard to see the silver on the pictures, it's really pretty!! The lady I got the eggs from has chocolate and white, silver and white, lavender and white and black and white. Don't think she had tri color. I am excited to have...

OK, So we have been raising chickens now for awhile, then we "some how" ended up w/ a few ducklings in Feb. that we were going to raise at our house for my mother in law til they got a little bigger.....They got bigger and moved to their new home... but .....

This will be my 2nd duck egg hatch in our incubator. I have 2 Genesis 1588 incubators and I am getting some Ancona duck eggs tomorrow and will be setting them in the incubator Thursday.
The last batch of eggs were shipped, arrived late and out of the 12, only 3 hatched. We kept the humidity...

Yep, he is doing great now, the only way you can tell him from his brother, is he's a little bit smaller, but not much, his neck is perfect, you would never know he had wry neck.
My 4 yr old who watched the whole thing and helped give him meds, still says today that he's special and how happy...
