thought thats what a smoothie was but want sure. thanks for the clarification! I hatched a silkie chick from my own flock recently and the hen has this same coloration! it was very interesting and exciting to see your serama with such a similar coloration!- bantambury

Of my 10 eggs, i have 3 chicks, 2 pips, 4 internally pipped, and i had one pip upside down and pass away. Its sad because the chick that pipped upside down was from the egg that i cracked and fixed on day 6 :( Anyways, i have some cuties over here!- bantambury

I gave in and candled. I have one clear and one with a bloodring. This leaves 10 eggs, BUT GUESS WHAT? The brinsea ecoglo bars that hold the egg in the turners suck. I guess they were put too tight against the eggs and it cracked one, leaving an inditation and a hairline crack. I candled and...- bantambury
