i put 3 fertile eggs under a broody. i candled them and looked like i could see the embryo moving. was i seeing things? i am so excited i havent seen a broody deliver on the goods in 35 years! cant wait!
i want to start doing my own hatching. my wife is worried the chicks wont be vaccinated. like for mareks for example. what do i say. dont really know that much about it.
i want to add to my flock. my orps are so gentle i was worried they would be bullied by other breeds. so im going to get black/blue/splash orps hoping they will get along. is there any others that will get along well? i was also thinking about brahamas.
