    Why won't they go outside?

    I have a couple birds that refuse to go outside. They have a pretty big run attached to the outside of the coop. These 2 just never go out. They prefer to be up on one of the roosting boards. Any thoughts? Should I force them outside during a few hours a day?

    New laying flock

    My new laying flock started laying. Still pretty small eggs overall. I see the rooster mounting the ladies. I picked up an incubator and want to try my hand at hatching. Can these "first eggs" be hatched? I've had more then a few dozen eggs from these 25 or so birds.
