I have five call ducks, two males and three females, and have had no luck getting their eggs to hatch. The eggs are fertile I just dont seem to be able to hatch them. My incubators have automatic turners, but would it be batter to hand turn? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I found my guinies nest and was wondering how I should collect the eggs and if I should leave any in the nest for them to continue laying. This is my first laying season with guineas so any info. will help.
I was wondering how well e everyone's chickens are laying in this cold wet weather. Mine are just now starting to pick back up on their laying to around 2 dozen per day but there for a while they were only giving me around 5 eggs per day. Have anyone elses chickens slacked off this bad this winter?
