Sorry for hitting and running...life is just pretty hectic lately...kids went off to school today already...*sigh* my middle child has been stressed out for days because the start of school....(vomiting...etc..) Bringing him to dr today and hopefully they can do something to help...I really miss...

I'd recommend the Brahmas....the roos are nice and friendly....Were you planning on getting some from a hatchery or breeder? If a breeder, I'd also recommend the Orpingtons...in either Buff, or Black, Blue, Splash (BBS), they are large and friendly!!

I would think it was Coccidiosis. Are you feeding medicated starter? Get some Sulmet or Corid.
