My girls are 5 weeks old now!! How do you think they're looking, as far as coloring and lacing?

3 weeks old now!!! How do you think they're colors are looking? Hoping to at least get some pretty lacing on some of these girls!

I don't care if they end up all splash, they are for pets/eggs. I don't breed them. BUT, that being said, I would've liked to have had the option of splash/blue/black! But that's alright!! I love them regardless. I just want to see full lacing! My 3 SLW have beautiful lacing on their chests, but...

Ok!! Thank you!! That makes so much more sense! It definitely seems like they're all splash then. Can't wait to see them as they get older!! Also, they're from privett hatchery in New Mexico.

I wish I would've done a little research!!! I just picked some dark, light, and in between thinking maybe there'd be a little variety! Either way, I'm sure they'll be gorgeous!!

Either way, I love them!! I knew there was a chance of blue, splash, and black. Hopefully there's a little variety in there. What do I look for in their colorings as they change?

Yet another update!!!! They're all laying! We have healthy 20 week old pullets!!! Yay!!

Here are the girls last week! They are very obvious pullets, 13 weeks old tomorrow! No doubt in my mind when comparing to cockerels, they also are not crowing, another lovely sign! I'll have to take new pictures to show you their lacing that is coming in!! They are gorgeous!!!

So no crowing yet? They look a little roo-ish to me, but I sure couldn't tell you a definite answer.

10 weeks old and confident they're all pullets! Lacing nicely on their chests, no crowing, nothing bright red! Feeling hopeful!!!

I have 3 silver laced wyandottes and they were sexed as pullets, yet I posted here and most thought I had 2, if not 3, cockerels! Needless to say, I think these little ones are females, but time will tell!
